The quality is definitely there, and I don’t really have any complaints about that. I just feel like the prices are still a bit high for what it is. I get that better quality usually costs more, but common sense says it still has to feel worth it

I really like the design and it looks great at first, but it feels way too delicate for everyday use. It started picking up scratches much faster than I expected. I reached out about it and just got one of those canned apology responses, which made it more frustrating than helpful...

Support took a While to get back to me, which was a little Frustrating, but they did end up fixing my issue in the end. So not the fastest experience, but I’m glad it got sorted.

"The Apple ecosystem is honestly wearing me down"
I used to love how everything Apple was supposed to just work together, but lately it’s been so frustrating. iCloud sync will randomly get stuck, my AirPods keep jumping to the wrong device, and it feels like I need another Apple product just to do the simplest things. Instead of feeling connected, I feel boxed in. It’s annoying, tiring, and just not worth the hassle anymore

I kind of went in with the usual shortcut in my head: Apple equals privacy, so I shouldn’t have to think too hard about it. But after using it, I’m still not really sure what’s being tracked and what isn’t. The settings feel a bit scattered, and there always seems to be another permission pop-up asking for something. Security seems fine overall, but I don’t feel like I have a clear handle on everything. For Apple, I expected it to feel simpler and more transparent.

The return process took way longer than I expected. I kept thinking it would just be a quick email or label situation, but nope, it dragged on. Support didn’t really help much either, which made it even more frustrating. I know returns aren’t exactly fun in general, but this one felt like more hassle than it needed to be

"Apple support actually made the update issue easy to fix"
My Mac was refusing to update, and I wasn’t sure if it was something I did wrong or if the computer was just being stubborn. I contacted Apple support, and the guy who helped me was really nice and super clear about what to do. He didn’t use a bunch of technical terms or make it feel more complicated than it needed to be. He just had me go through each step one at a time, like checking a couple settings, trying the update again, and making sure everything was responding the way it should. It didn’t take very long, and after following his instructions, the update finally worked like normal. Simple experience overall, but I really appreciated how calm and helpful he was.

"Solid overall, but is everyone else feeling the price too?"
I bought this from apple.com after seeing a lot of people say good things about it, it does feel really well made. The screen looks great, the build quality feels premium, and it runs smoothly most of the time. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. My only real complaint is the price, it still feels a little high for what you get, and I kind of wish the cable felt better. Overall I’m happy with it, but I’d be curious if other people feel the same about the price

I haven’t had this phone very long, and it’s already slow and glitchy. Apps lag, the screen freezes sometimes, and it just doesn’t feel reliable. For the price, I expected better, and I really think the company needs to take responsibility for pushing out a product that performs like this so soon.

I ordered it on apple.com and just grabbed it from the store later that same day. Line was short, and the staff pulled up my order fast. it was really easy, way better than waiting around for delivery. I'd definitely do it again
"Refund Took Longer Than I Expected"
I returned an item to Apple, the refund process felt slower than it should have. The tracking showed they had received it, but I still ended up waiting around and contacting support twice just to get an update. The people I spoke with were polite, which I appreciated, but no one could really tell me when the refund would actually hit my account. I’ve had returns with places like Amazon and Best Buy go a lot faster, so I guess I expected Apple to be just as smooth, if not better. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been easier.

"Wrong item in my order"
I ordered a specific iPhone case from apple.com , and somehow they sent me a different color than the one I picked .
I double checked my confirmation email and the order page , and both clearly show the color I actually wanted . When I contacted support , it kind of felt like they were treating it as if I had made the mistake , and they just told me to return it .
So now I have to wait around and deal with shipping for something they got wrong . It is annoying , especially for such a simple order .
